This project is part of the “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants” initiative. Which is an open-source concept of coupling projects
together, while providing credit to the original sources, and taking a
different direction with it.
This project builds upon Raspbian, EmulationStation,
RetroArch and many other projects (linked where appropriate on the website). We even have contributions in use by projects like the RetroPie.
The PrimeStation One will enable you to play games from your favorite console, arcade, and even classic computer games & other media easily with all new features!

For power users it also provides a large variety of
configuration tools to customize the system as you want. PrimeStation One sits
on top of a full Linux Operating System (Raspbian).
Start by downloading our PrimeStationOne image & reading the instructions to install it.
Or, If you are feeling adventurous, you can also even install
PrimeStation One with our handy scripts on your existing Raspbian install.

Recommendations & Other Features
- For Raspberry Pi 1,2, and 3 - minimum Pi2 recommended for full compatibility (N64 and PSX are unplayable on Pi1, several systems unavailable on Pi1 -- Dreamcast, Saturn, SNES Mouse, etc)
- PS3 sixaxis controller controls ready and configured to work with Bluetooth or USB on multiple games and game system emulations
- 100 separate and easily-accessible save states per game
- Rewind feature turns all retro games into Braid or Prince Of Persia: Sands of Time and is togglable per system
- Cloud save and save state backup to mega.co.nz
- Support for the SNES Mouse / Mario Paint with easy launch
- Easy pairing scripts for Bluetooth keyboards and mice
- Automatic PS3-like pairing routine for controllers (plug in PS3 controller via USB for ~5 seconds, unplug and then can connect via bluetooth until a real PS3 or different Bluetooth adapter is paired).
